What is Hypnosis ?
A state of deep relaxation, when communication with the subconscious becomes possible.
Can anyone be hypnotised ?
95% of the population can be, if they are willing to.
Will I know what is happening ?
Yes, and most people are surprised by how much they can recall.
Are any drugs or tablets used ?
No.
Can I be influenced to anything I wouldn’t want to do ?
No. Your mind will not co-operate with anything that you would not wish to do.
Will it have any side effects ?
As well as achieving what you intend to change through hypnotherapy, after the first session clients often find they sleep better and feel more confident.
Can I get stuck in a trance?
No, it's impossible to get stuck in a trance. You can open your eyes at any time during the session, ending the hypnotic state immediately. Sometimes clients feel so relaxed that they feel a little reluctant to end the sensation, but they never stay in a trance.
So why is hypnotherapy so effective?
Advanced hypnotherapy is so effective because the body responds to instructions from the mind. These instructions can be reprogrammed through advanced hypnosis, and the body automatically follows the new and positive pattern.
What areas is Hypnotherapy particularly successful in?
